Maja Stojanović, known as Zmaja, is a Canadian–Serbian illustrator and muralist whose work moves between drawing, painting, storytelling and public art. Her recognizable characters, including recurring rabbit figures, bring humor and emotional detail to large walls and intimate illustrations alike. She is the author of Kod nas se kaže / We Tend to Say, published in 2021, and has participated in the artistic community surrounding DUK in Čačak. Her practice also includes collaborative murals and projects that make visual art accessible to wider audiences. She is connected to fellow artists through festivals, graffiti gatherings and creative exchanges across the region.
